It means all three depending on context. Ruach HaKodesh = The Holy Spirit

Have you tried inserting "breath" or "wind" into the various passages where that word is used? That might be an interesting study.

Nope, in grammar the gender of a word has nothing to do with the gender of the subject.

Kinda like calling a ship "she", it is not female, just a language convention.

The spirit is neither female nor does it have any female aspect to it.
