The moment of salvation was when Jesus died and was "born again" as Spirit. From then on the Comforter (Holy Spirit) became a part of every human consciousness (spirit).

As you can see from post #261, you are incorrect. Jesus was not born again-He had no need of such. He was Immanuel, God in flesh, perfect and without sin. We humans, on the other hand, are sinful and in need of redemption. We are born again (born from above) when we place our faith in the redemptive work of Christ.

2 Corinthians 5

17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.

Paul in Ephesians 2:1 says, "And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins".

So we finally cleared that up. You said earlier that we know the nature of God by the bible, now you are saying we can through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ too, is there a but to this though ?.

Do you believe we can know the nature of God through the Bible?

No, by the Spirit. You do not have a verse of scripture that supports your point of view. Yes Jimmie i am using bible verses for the sole purpose to show you that we learn of God by the Spirit of Jesus Christ(Phil 1:19)

Here are bible verses that state how we learn of God.

That the communication of thy faith may become effectual BY >>>>>> the acknowledging of every good thing which is IN YOU in Christ Jesus. Philemon 1:6

His Spirit bears witness with our spirit Romans 8:16

We have received a spirit of love, power and a sound mind 2 Tim 1:7

Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; WHY ?>>>>> So that that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 1 Cor 2

What about the muslim refugees seeing Jesus Christ in dreams(not the bible) and believing ?.

As I said, there are several ways to know God, but anything that is contrary to scripture is false.

Philemon 1

6 I pray that your partnership with us in the faith may be effective in deepening your understanding of every good thing we share for the sake of Christ.

None of the verses you quoted negates scripture. This however, shows the importance of scripture.

2 Timothy 3

16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.

Why are you so averse to scripture?

You have people from every walk of life who can't think for themselves. You'll hear somebody who parrots a party line unthinkingly with absolutely no understanding of the topic and they'll fall back on what somebody who's supposedly an expert says to support their argument. "Rush said this about the liberals. Al Gore said this about global warming. Rachel Maddow said this about conservatives. Obama said this about the police. Trump said this about moslems. "
Christians tend to get slammed because they're out their in the open and are easy targets. They get criticized for not practicing their faith enough and for practicing it too much. If any other group got targeted there would be people going ape**** demanding an apology and crying discrimination. That won't happen because the ones criticizing Christianity are mostly too gutless to dare go after anybody else.
