To have true agape love for one another, we must have received the Holy Ghost which makes it possible for us to love God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and to love our neighbor as ourself.

Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.
Or as William Penn put it: "The humble, meek, merciful, just, pious and devout souls everywhere are of one religion and when death has taken off the mask, they will know one another, though the diverse liveries they wore here make them strangers."
The previous elder of our church said that all we need to be saved is to LOVE GOD WITH ALL OUR HEART, SOUL, MIND AND STRENGTH. That sounds simple enough, but unless we make a commitment that we truly desire to DO THE WILL OF GOD, we are not promised a place in the kingdom of heaven [See Matt. 7:[21] Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

Can you please define what you believe it means to "doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven"?

In our natural state, we are unable to do the will of God. If we make a sincere commitment to obey Christ, then the Holy Spirit can come into our heart and aid us in our daily walk with the Lord. The Spirit does the work within us, and we have nothing of which we can boast.
