It is for everyone---those who reject Jesus as the one sent by God--The Messiah are rejecting the covenant and Israel has proved 100% they are responsible for their rejection of both Jesus and the new covenant.

He did just that--He sent his only begotten son to them. You know the rest.
I just speak facts, no anti-Semitism. Every mortal that has read the bible, knows for sure--the leaders of the jewish religion--rejected Gods son. They rejected the new covenant with that rejection of Jesus--God did his part, it is they who fail, to this day, it will not change. Spiritual Israel is Gods chosen--The #1 requirement is they serve-YHVH( Jehovah) as the only true God and the #2 requirement is they must accept Jesus as the Messiah--the door remains open to them.
The Jews who rejected Jews did so according to the plan of God. Eventually they will all be saved according to Romans 11. God bless.
