If you believe in literal everlasting life after you die, then what do you plan to do for the first trillion-trillion-trillion years?

OP, you need to learn difference between actions and activities. I have to agree - it will be very hard to come up with new activities for that short period of time.
But where time does not exist, you have Existence to tend to and you are in complete unity with bliss - you are never bored.
Btw, there is a more poetic time unit than what you use.
it is said, that in Eternity, there is a pure diamond ten thousand times the size of Dzhomolunghma. Once in 10 000 years, a peacock flies by and brushes its tip with a feather. When entire mountain is rubbed off, then one moment in Eternity passes.

.. you thinkin small.. but your right all kinds of games and play..

actually I really spent ages and ages wanting to be able play stick ball with my grandpa's and cousins .

I will be sure to take like a lots of bone mending herbs and cut healing medicines with me . but it will be worth every beating.

but I have always wanted to play stick ball with my ancient relatives ...I don't know why it would be just so cool .
The closest I could get in this time was nearly 40 year ago and girls didn't play football with the boys but they let some of us clearly athletic girls go through hell week with the JV. so I was all over that every year . and every kind of powder puff I could find.
indoor soccer ( off walls is a blast too ) volley ball indoor and beach are fun also.
I can't wait for the day I am made new and then at some point there is a stick ball game in indian territory and maybe the girls will get to go play with the big guys if there is no more dying and if healing is quick, maybe they will let us play ! and then they will have to catch me!
I love running. well I used to .

the opening scenes of this movie is kind of like what I pictured when I was a kid .. only I was there running in the forests with them . so fun!

as I was typing this out , this song came on and I was thinking of it in terms of a time when a woman is safe to play and laugh and she has a million brothers , uncles and Fathers to watch out for her.

Jesus Christ would have a plan on what you would be doing , which would not be sitting on cloud 9 eating grapes
