People who practice Santeria also believe some things about Jesus, does that make them Christian as well? (I guess, if you forget about the fact that they sacrifice chickens and God-only-knows what else...)
That did not answer the question, it only showed more of your JUDGEMENT toward others... something your bible says you should not do.
See, the thing you do not understand is that your original premise is wrong.
I know lots of good christians that enjoy Halloween. They are not in any way indulging in the occult, they are dressing up, socializing and eating candy.
Simple as that.
You can take all your Christian Judgement and go read your bible... it is not up to you to judge... right?
Speaking and standing up for the truth is not judging. Judging is condemning. No one is being condemned here by me. The issue here is that this is the devil's world and he has many even seemingly innocuous ways of introducing into this world of which he is, for the moment, the ruler of, his policy of evil. Satan's cosmic system, Cosmos Diabolicus, uses such things as education, religion, philosophy, art, music, science, entertainment, music, literature, in advancing his objectives in obscuring and discrediting the word of God.
Behind the seeming innocence of Halloween, are occultic principles which have their roots and origins in Satan. Is a kid going trick or treating going to be demonically influenced? No. Is Halloween innocent? No. Can Halloween encourage other and futher occultic practices? If you are of such a nature, yes.
What I call cool is is how they put everything together. The fact or the matter is Hell is real and there will be people in it. Your slick comments don't phase me.
It doesn't seem fair that you can make up your own version of the holiday and think "it's cool" yet, you find it wrong for an innocent kid to enjoy a Happy Halloween which is the modern American version, key word being "Happy".
