Can anyone tell me the "best" all-star cheer gyms in the area? We are probably relocating to the Cinci area and I will need a gym for my daughter. She is 8 and would be looking for a "level 4" team...

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure I know what an all-star cheer gym is. I do know there is the Cincinnati Gymnastic's Academy in Fairfield, run by Mary Lee Tracy - who has been a coach for the Women's Olympic Gymnastic team.

Perhaps Premier Athletics in Northern Kentucky would work for you?

Here in Palo Alto, our cheerleading teams are highly competitive and even compete in national competitions across the nation. To learn more about one of their recent fundraising activities, you can visit the Palo Alto High School student run website at Paly Voice: Paly Cheerleaders fundraise to attend Nationals (http://voice.paly.net/view_story.php?id=7640 - broken link)

Default Cheer Gyms

There are some other gyms I know of.

There is Ace-Athletics. They recently merged with Rebels. They are located one Mosteller Road and for more information you can go to www.ace-athletics.com

There is also Midwest Cheer Elite. They are located in West Chester or at least near. For more information you can go to www.midwestcheerelite.com

Both of these gyms are good. You can also try one of the Premier Athletics gym in Northern Kentucky. That gym used to be Kentucky Elite North. For more information, you can go to www.premierathletics.com

You can also check out Cincinnati Gymnastics Academy in Fairfield. You can go to www.cincinnatigymnastics.com That is a good gym.

I hope you find a good gym. These are all great places. I haven't been to the Premier Athletics gym yet but I used to cheer for Ky Elite North. I actually have been to all these places. But I hope you do find a good gym and your daughter likes it.

Default Cheer Gyms

Midwest Cheer Elite has just moved to a 23,000 sq ft facility. They have 16 cheer and dance teams at the new location and it's fairly easy to get to. They still have openings for teams and they offer a ton of tumbling and dance classes. Check them out for a free class at www.midwestcheerelite.com

We live in Northern Kentucky, where Cincinnati Elite and Spirit of Kentucky are the best gyms. In Ohio, I often hear about Midwest Elite. No fears....there are LOTS of all-star gyms around!
