City Data Gathering Planned for Sunday, August 16, 2009
Once again, our intrepid hero, Goyguy, has put together a stellar event for those of us on the City-Data Forum! Here are the details:
TIME: 3-8 p.m. (1500-2000 for those on the 24-hour clock)
PLACE: Blue Gibbon, 1231 Tennessee Avenue, Cincinnati (Paddock Hills) 45229
VENUE WEBSITE: www.bluegibbon.net
Look, this will be a GREAT event. The Reds probably won't be doing well enough that you can't VTR/TIVO the game. The effectiveness of Cincinnati's snow plows will be of no concern. So you have NO excuse not to bring your spouse/significant other or whoever you want. Heck bring MULTIPLE spouses... 
Undoubtedly, the seats will go fast, so get your RSVPs into Goya Guy or Yours Truly ASAP so you won't miss out!!!

Sigh...Don, maybe I shouldn't say this, but I hope your plans change; we'd love to see you there! Dramamamma, I hope others will respond soon; our hosts at the Blue Gibbon would surely like to be prepared for such a stellar occasion!   |

The Blue Gibbon ... Oooh.  Although I don't think on a Sunday afternoon you'll have trouble getting a table ... LOL
I was planning to blow into town for the Germania Society Oktoberfest (I'm on a four-year Oktoberfest rotation ), which of course is two weekends after. *sigh* |
