Yeah. That's so true. Imma keep it real......I can't afford nothing upscale. I can't picture myself buying something over 1,000 dollars for one item. I am 17 and I don't think I will ever buy something from Neiman Marcus. I can't let myself buy something that expensive.
does anyone arguing over that crap on here ever buy these 1000 dollar clothes??
Sorry, if the Mall has an American Eagle or the like, it is an excellent mall in my opinion
It's important to point out that Lenox and Phipps are essentially the Galleria split in two
It could go either way; People tend to try and throw up Phipps and Lenox against the Galleria without realizing the Galleria is simply those two thrown together.
But when youre looking at visitor numbers, it's rather misleading to use just one
why is that? do you think people who visit Lennox are banned from visiting Phipps? And that 100% of the visitors to one can be added to the other to get a more grand sum? betcha there is over 90% overlap.
I think when looking at the best mall (singular as the question was asked) visitor rate is the best option (unless yo want to average the visitors to determine visitor rate per mall).
1. Mall of America
2. King Of Prussia
3. Palisades Center
4. The Galleria
5. Sawgrass Mills
Dallas and ATL are not in the top 10.
When the Galleria was in its day the 2nd largest Mall in the US after King of Prussia (mall of America was not built until 1992, and South Coast's expansion pushed it ahead of the Galleria)
The Galleria is the biggest mall out of the 4, it has the most stores, the most anchors and it has the most visitors.
I don't know why you are so fixated on size of the mall. Having been to both the Houston Galleria and Northpark, I still think Northpark is a better mall. The Houston Galleria feels like a mall I could find anywhere, and truly feels the same as our Galleria, except larger. Northpark is beautiful, modern and sleek, with a fluid style between old and new, modern sculpture, and a beautiful courtyard. I love how there are no kiosks which really makes it feel like a unique shopping experience
Great stores as well, whether they be department stores, including Saks 5th Avenue, soon to be the ONLY Nike Store in the state, a new H&M, as well as many smaller shops.
Both are great malls but I do not think the Galleria provides for a unique shopping experience except for its large size, which I don't think should set it apart as the "best" mall. It is a great mall, and I am not trying to put it down, but I don't consider it the "best" (although there is a great neighborhood around it)
I can't comment on Lennox, because I have only been there once and it was long ago
