OK so we have the peer city thread; now, which cities have obvious size differences but could pass for big sister/little sister cities?

I suppose I'll start off:

Atlanta--Charlotte
Los Angeles--Houston or Miami
Dallas--Forth Worth or OKC
Phoenix--Albuquerque?
New Orleans--Savannah or Charleston

Maybe someone from Ohio could tell me if I am completely wrong, but it seems like Cleveland and Toledo could fit this well.

I'll try, is this just based on opinion? These all fit in my eyes to varying degrees.

Hartford, CT--Springfield, MA
Boston--Cambridge/Worcester, MA
Boston--Providence
NYC--Philadelphia (I'd call em brother cities lol)
NYC--Boston
Philadelphia--Pittsburgh
Pittsburgh--Buffalo
NYC--Chicago
NYC/Chicago--Toronto
Chicago--Detroit
Washington--Baltimore (Washington is clearly the big sister)
NYC--Jersey City
Newark--Jersey City
Boston--San Francisco
Los Angeles--San Diego
Phoenix--Las Vegas
Seattle--Portland

Well, just a buncha obvious ones, and maybe some ones other people might not agree with. I have more but, that'll do for now.

Baltimore-Washington is the first i think of! Same CSA, but one is larger.

These come across more as peer cities to me than big sibling/little sibling cities.
