Going by what you claim I don't think you have ever lived in San Antonio or even been here! 410 is nearly 60 miles and is surely over 50 miles. I had a high school friend that would test drive cars for a company and he would drive the entire loop and he said it was close to 60 miles. Loop 610 is considerably smaller than 410 but the beltway is larger than 1604 by a good amount.

Here is a same scale map of both cities.

Anyway, SA does not come close to Houston in terms of highways. It falls far short. your attempts are just weak. Have you seen Grand Parkway, Highway 6? I10 From Katy to Houston? That is the widest highway in the world

You know what guys... I mean this in the most respectful way possible.... Most of us don't care how many lanes the freeways in San Antonio have, especially on a thread about height of skyscrapers.

It's over 50 miles and just a few weeks ago the widening of 410 to 10 lanes has been opened. I said I was told by a friend it was over 50 miles, and close to 60, he was off a few miles. Thanks for getting the exact number. But you were the one with the lies saying 610 was much larger than 410, 610 is considerably smaller. You were the one bringing up San Antonio freeways and roadways an changing the topic.

I think 410, Inter 10, US 90 and Inter 35 are 10-12 lanes and with feeder roads reach 14-16 lanes in most parts of the city. San Antonio freeways are always under expansion it seems. Houston is the highway king but San Antonio is catching up.

He is correct about the freeways being 10-12 lanes. But Htown your the one that started knocking San Antonio freeways and roads. I think San Antonio and Texas have great highways.
