Most rapers from Philly have skills but it seems like alot of them have no depth. There are exceptions like freeway, the roots, I know there are more, but as far as mainstream thats it. I think being so close to New York is like a gift and a curse for the Philly scene.
But....Philly still whoops ATL's A$$ though.
