It has 3,000 residents, half are AA, so maybe like what 500 housholds or so - still impressive but is this the norm

All I have ever said is there are proportionally fewer AAs on the west coast, would also speculate that the NE, MW, and South have the highest proportion of impoverished AAs

All I did was point out that your sample was relatively small for Chabot and that the medians in aggregate made more sense, but countered by a question of is a higher earning group decidely the winner. To me not generally as even though Asains earn more in the NE than the WC, asains are more influential on WC, same would be said for AAs on the whole on the EC
Lastly, this AA banter about some supremacy on the EC nonsense is crazy to me. I generally at least follow your posts, cherry picked as they may be at times

Well, by asking if every Black person on the West Coast lives in an environment such as Chabot Park, to me that implies that youre saying this is not the norm, which I agree its not--but its not the norm anywhere, even for White people.
