Because trust me, the average black on the west coast knows nothing about business or making money.
Well, that's not really accurate based on actual data. Sorry.

Meet a black on the West Coast and they're guaranteed to be broke andD poor and living in the ghetto.
Oh really?

n Stupid data. 40k in Atlanta is far more useful than 51k in San Fran. 51k in San Fran is essentially a lower class salary. Good try, but you're arguing with an engineer who has great analytical abilities. I could probably drunk the rest of that garbage you just posted, but I'm on my way to work. Something a black person on the West Coast knows nothing about. Why don't you do statistics on the number of black professionals in senior level position in the East vs the West. It will immediately discredit anything you have to say. Again blacks out West are poor stupid and lazy. That's reality, maybe if you guys weren't so busy asking for government handouts you would do something about it. But its the westcoast inefficiency is your culture

And yet all of your comments have been stereotypical generalizations. How ironic.

Also, you didnt answer my question, if cost-of-living adjustments are the reason for the difference, then what is New York's excuse?

The medians are good

But is Chabot Park the norm

It has 3,000 residents, half are AA, so maybe like what 500 housholds or so - still impressive but is this the norm

Also, just one additional point, I firmly believe and think most would that Asian people are more pronounced on the WC - that said Asians in the NE have a higher median income, does that mean the same?

Is that the norm for all Blacks in every other region except the West Coast?

Please consider carefully the MASSIVE double standard you and brahn0913 are applying to the West Coast.

I honestly am not applying any double standard and where did I ever say it was

I think the conversation on the whole is off task.

All I have ever said is there are proportionally fewer AAs on the west coast, would also speculate that the NE, MW, and South have the highest proportion of impoverished AAs

So where is my double standard again (which honestly feels ironic from you, hello BTW, we havent conversed in a while)

All I did was point out that your sample was relatively small for Chabot and that the medians in aggregate made more sense, but countered by a question of is a higher earning group decidely the winner. To me not generally as even though Asains earn more in the NE than the WC, asains are more influential on WC, same would be said for AAs on the whole on the EC

Lastly, this AA banter about some supremacy on the EC nonsense is crazy to me. I generally at least follow your posts, cherry picked as they may be at times

Well, by asking if every Black person on the West Coast lives in an environment such as Chabot Park, to me that implies that youre saying this is not the norm, which I agree its not--but its not the norm anywhere, even for White people.

LOL
