I will agree with Future here. LA, in general, is kind of just gross. But I still like it, despite all it's problems. Could never live there - only NYC and SF (the countries two greatest cities) are for me. Maybe Boston.
I love the scenery of LA. LOVE IT. But I do not like the actual city.
ok so why chicago is not ur second home? you always say you interviewed the LAPD and NYPD. why not interview a ChicagoPD? a 16 year old interviewing police. Nobody talks about Chicago period. only on this forum but other than that nobody cares. when was the last time u seen chicago on tv period? even oprah is moving her show to NY but her fat butt lives in santa barbara.
LA County Sheriff, not LAPD. Plenty of people talk about Chicago. The only people that talk about LA are the people on VH1 or Entertainment Tonight. Some educated professionals those are!
You are on something. So, you're saying because Oprah lives in Santa Barbara, it's best? Yeah, dream on. Santa Barbara is VERY far from LA, by the way.
This is the definitive list that's been most recently published when listing number of actual visitors to a city. I think most people trust Forbes and their calculations over some obscure, random, no name, company that "downtown1" found on the Internet.
I realize that, but I thought it was worth bearing note that it doesn't require much provoking from others to get a rise out of you when LA is the topic of discussion.

As long as Chicago doesnt get attacked, I dont get brutal about LA.
Forbes specializes in journaling. MEDIA. You know, the business that is known to exaggerate, stretch the truth, lie, etc.?
And, Conde Nast is not media--prone to exaggeration and truth stretching with their "traveler surveys"?
