First, I never said surface parking. Parking is parking.
But there are tons of parking lots, both surface and covered, in all of these areas. I always parking two blocks from the Bethesda metro, in a surface lot, right by the library. And it's still there today.

There is tons of parking for all of them. 100% of these stations have tons of parking.
How do you think people get to the station? Downtown Bethesda doesn't even have 10% of the Bethesda population. How are people supposed to get to work?

DC is low density sprawl with office parks that you guys call "urban" LOL, atleast the suburban areas in LA you see people walking around, DC outside the city looked straight hick to us from LA.
What office parks are in DT Rosslyn, Ballston, Bethesda or Silver Spring? In fact Wilson Blvd in Arlington looks like parts of Wilshire Blvd in LA.
The area is very suburban and not very walkable. Sidewalks are uncommon in North Arlington.

There are tons of Metro-related parking lots in downtown Bethesda. Start with the big parking lot I always used by the library, at Arlington & Moreland, two blocks from the Metro.

You mean to say that you have no argument so will just make a stupid comment that is easily disproven by looking at the Arlington streets without even sidewalks.
No, you have no idea what you're talking about. I have never parked in a Metro garage, yet I have used Metro hundreds of times. You just park in a regular garage, all of which serve the Metro riders.
No, they don't offer Metro rates. the garages are for people who work in the local area and they are not cheap.. Nobody uses them for commuting unless they are in a pinch, and then only for a day or two. Many are lease only, and many fill up very early.

Those places are like mini Texas Medical Centers, nothing urban about them, buildings do not equate urban, you are from DC you should already know this since DC has no skyline.
