Im afraid I gotta go with Miami on this one. LA is my second favorite.

Sorry LA.

While Miami is awesome and definitely has its merits--it caters mainly to the club crowd. NYC offers everything no matter your scene or taste: club, live music, hole-in-the-wall bar, pub, etc.

This is a hard one. All 3 could EASILY be tied. But I guess I will have to go with Miami. Miami Beach is WORLD renowned for it's nightclubs. And it seems like every major star has some major party in Miami Beach, whether it be Memorial Day, New Years Day, or the Superbowl. But all 3 could be tied.

1. NYC
2. Miami
3. Las Vegas
4. Chicago
5. New Orleans

honorable mentions: Memphis, Atlanta

LA is overrated, the bars close at 2am.

LA and NYC are tied.

As for Miami, there is basically only South Beach and a few other districts in the Miami vicinity. There isn't really much else beyond that, and certainly not on the scale of NYC and LA.

Not sure why Vegas is left off.
Vegas was made for this, excels at this, and does nothing else except this.

NYC and Miami is also up there too.

The 2am last call really hurts places like LA and SF.
