10. San Francisco = Spent a lot of time in the City and was witness to many crimes. Also, usually ranks pretty high in crime statistics. Still my second favorite city in the US though.

I could easily swap a few of these around, but the number 1 and 10 spots are pretty concrete imo.

Is it that low? I know SD is safe for an American city, but I didn't know its actually comparable to Canadian or Western European cities, or Japanese cities for that matter.
