Tampa, easily for me. I lived in the Orlando area for a year and a half and am very familiar with that Orlando/Tampa corridor. The Tampa Bay area as some of the best beaches I've ever been to. An enormous amount of recreational assets, especially when you add their proximity to Orlando. I've found the people to get really friendly.

This is one of the rare occasions I would choose Mobile over another city in TN. My reasoning why is complicated, but I would rather live in eastern TN than western.
Nashville, TN ... more to do and better COL and QOL. Also closer to Boston.
Georgetown DC or Chapel Hill NC?
Since this got skipped before, Georgetown DC for me. If I had to live within proximity to a university, I'd prefer it be in a nice urban neighborhood rather than a more spread out college town.

I like Des Moines better as a city but I'll choose Greensboro because I like the region better.
Pittsfield, MA or Concord, NH?
