That's kind of a tough one. St. Paul/Minneapolis is probably a better metro than Ft. Worth/Dallas, but I'd pick Fort Worth, TX because I prefer hotter weather and mild winters.

Naperville. It won't be much of a change from where I am now. Just farther from the core city. I have zero desire to live in TX.

Pinehurst. Very beautiful, quaint town.The Southern Pines/Pinehurst area is one of the nicest places to live for its size in the nation. It's one of the top places for retirees in the nation. With my wife and I in our mid-50's, that would be appealing to us.
