Nashville. It is much more interesting and has a great music scene.
New Hope, PA or Corning, NY?
Hew Hope. It's a quaint little town that's also not too far from Philly and New Jersey and under 2 hrs from New York. New Hope was a decent visit when I visited there years ago.
Madison. College town and state capital, and the downtown is wedged between two lakes. Strikes me as a lot cooler.
BTW, the pairing you answered is an apt one for a reason you may not know.
Bloomington (a Minneapolis/St. Paul suburb) and King of Prussia (a suburb of Philadelphia) are home to the two biggest shopping malls in the United States. The Mall of America in Bloomington is larger than the King of Prussia Mall, but at least as of now, the King of Prussia mall has more actual space devoted to retail stores - M of A also has a huge indoor amusement park.
St Louis. No hurricane/tropical storm threat and that's really the major thing that drives me away from NOLA. St Louis is a bit more milder than NOLA too, even though both places have swampy climates in the summer.
Fort Worth... Would prefer to live in the much larger city/metro to take advantage of more opportunities and amenities.
Casper, WY or Clovis, NM?
