Mesa....even though I heard it's LOADED with Mormons. Prescott seems nice but out in the middle of nowhere.

That's a really hard one. Juneau probably has better weather, but it is still very isolated. The same with Fairbanks, although Fairbanks is closer to Anchorage than Juneau is to Vancouver. I would still pick Juneau

Annapolis MD. It feels almost like a European city and is so charming and pretty. Plus it's on the east coast.
