Gastonia. Would rather live in NC than TN. The Beaches arent far away....neither are the mountains. Fish Camps are minutes away....... so is Charlotte.

Santa Barbara for sure... It would've edged for me over Naples a few questions ago and it's a definitive winner of OKC now. Better climate, better culture, better regional location, higher QOL, proximity to the ocean all win for me.
