I beg to differ. Quebec City is perfect. 0 murders and a population of about 760,000. It's also over 400 years old, has great architecture, beautiful seasons, and beautiful scenery... Look up some photos.

No murders and nice scenery hardly make a place ideal, or "perfect". Come on man how can you even argue this. There are so many factors in every area involved. There is no true perfect place. I will let you have the last word, because I see no reason in arguing with you about this..
