Crime had a huge factor in my list. As did general cleanliness of the city.

No murders and nice scenery hardly make a place ideal, or "perfect". Come on man how can you even argue this. There are so many factors in every area involved. There is no true perfect place. I will let you have the last word, because I see no reason in arguing with you about this..
