1. Lubbock, TX--very friendly, has tremendous upside (not for everyone, but no city can hold all 6 billion people)
2. San Diego--no explanation needed
3. Newport Beach, CA--just like it
4. San Antonio, TX--getting big, but has potential
5. Washington, DC--most of it is really nice-looking
6. Vancouver, BC--scenery is amazing, like the density, cleanliness
7. Colorado Springs, CO--been a while since I've seen it, but looked nice
8. Denver, CO--another nice city
9. Dallas/Fort Worth, TX--seems to have good leadership
10. Flagstaff, AZ--has nice summers
11. South Lake Tahoe, CA--wow
12. Juneau, AK--nice scenery
