A refugee friendly city back in the 70's because of its stable economy. Very underrated since Omaha is nearby and its growing quite fast. I've drove through there once and its capital building is very tall, perhaps one of the tallest in the U.S.

Farm land, field of dreams, great little league baseball program, homogenous, but great place to raise kids.
