All 3 are amazing places but I'm gonna have to go with Virginia Beach because its an actual city and it has more to do.

Quite surprised at these results thus far!
Many Richmonders I know shun VA Beach and speak poorly of it. They trek to NC beaches and Myrtle Beach as if they are heading off to Hawaii or the Caribbean or something (looking down their noses at those who go to VA Beach).
Many Richmonders I know don't speak much of Ocean City - possibly because the quickest route there involves passing thru Hampton Roads to cross the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel (not far from VA Beach).
Will be interesting to see how these results hold up once people start "protecting home turf".
As was already noted, I think VA Beach is unique in that it offers the option to get away from the boardwalk/beach and go into real urban areas/cities that can stand on their own as destinations. Also Busch Gardens is not far away.
