3) Dont even try tell me about nw dc or dc for that matter. My mother grew up on 16th and upshure(white house on the right corner google map it) in black upper class crestwood(nw), and my dad grew up in ne. My grandfather had a homeless shelter named after him there and he was in charge of arlington national cemetary as his last command.

Sorry but you just are not hip to the scene of DC "go getta"
You said, excluding NW and capital hill which and told me to check out the other 3/4's of the city. You elluded that everywhere else in DC has bars on its windows when that is certainly not the case.

I was visiting San Deigo and took the rail service south of downtown, and yes it got pretty ghetto there.

However, I have never managed to find a ghetto location in Tucson, AZ and I've actually tried looking for it too.

This.

I have never seen anything approach some of the streets in Camden, NJ. Those streets like what you would expect some bombed-out remnants of a city to look like after a nuclear holocaust.

It just saddens me to see not a neighborhood like it but a whole city... Makes you wonder where your tax money goes really, obviously not to renovate city structures and buildings.

Yeah the rural areas of Florida that have ghetto's are pretty weird, but the inner-city ghetto's are pretty much like any other city.

I agree as well. Look at an area like Hialeah and then look at an area like East LA they look like twins.
