Growing up in Chicago I know for a fact Chicago has a huge issue with gangs and violence in general. Does that make it an undesirable city, nope. Its still one of the best cities in the nation if not the best. Just like any other city you find out what areas to avoid and never bother with them and you will be fine.
Yep, that's what I heard. Can't tip your hat to a certain side. But people on the eastcoast shouldn't be laughing, because the eastcoast is the BIRTHPLACE of the "CopyCat" gangs. Eastcoast bloods and Crips draw 5point stars and 6point stars. In other words they basically MIXED UP the doctrines of Chicago Folk and People Nation gangs, with Los Angeles Bloods and Crips gangs. East coasters are just clowning themselves. People in LA and Chicago, CONSTANTLY reject the gang bangers out here and don't claim them. The eastcoasters are supposed to be trend setters, not copycats.
