It is very hard to compare both because Dallas has all its upscale stores scatter around the city from Northpark, Galleria Dallas, The plaza at preston, to Shops at willow bend, and also Highland park Vilalge.

Bal Harbor has more unique stores for the reason it attracts people all over the world because of Miami but Dallas does it shopping more of domestic people from the area.

Bal Harbour Shops doesn't really compare to anything else in the south, not to sound snobby, but seriously. It's on a level of it's own. Miami really is the king of high-end boutiques in the south, not just in Bal Harbour but other locations as well. Figure I'd throw in some pictures as well since it's such a beautiful area:

< I like the pic 18Montclair posted so I'll add it to mine, I don't even think thats all of the stores at the shops, those are just the more famous ones.

Highland Park Village is very nice, but it's just not on Bal Harbour Shops' level.

My thoughts exactly. I don't think anything in Dallas could outdo Miami as far as high end shopping goes.

Theres a few more like Lincoln Road, Collins Ave, Washington Ave, those are all on Miami Beach. I might be missing some more, it's hard to remember off the top of my head.

Miami prides itself on shopping, it's like the 3rd or 4th best shopping city in the country. New York, Los Angeles, and then maybe Las Vegas, Miami definitely makes for good competition with LV though.

Dallas is more on par with cities like Houston & Atlanta than Vegas or Miami.
