"Dosher Memorial Hospital will begin construction on a two-story, 26,000-square-foot health and wellness complex near the west entrance to St. James Plantation.
A ceremony today (Oct. 14) kicks off construction for the Dosher Wellness Center, which will be the hospital's 12th outpatient clinic in south Brunswick County. The clinic, which will be located at the Reserve at the Seaside Club, is expected to open in May.
Outpatient services planned for the first floor include primary care, physician offices, cardiology and rotating specialists, cardiac rehabilitation, physical therapy, X-ray, laboratory draw station and indoor walking track for patients. The second floor will remain shell space and available for further growth."
