I think all of us should look for ways we can spend some time and effort in support of our new President. He has made some suggestions for us to get involved and I am hoping to see specifics soon on how he wants me to serve both him and the country. I am ready!

Wow! a little overboard there. If Obama told you to become a suicide bomber, would you? Hypothetical of course. Stand behind him if you choose, but not too the point of become a social clone, america was built by individuals.

Not sure what you're getting at here w/your thread KevK. However, Obama does have a point. Isn't that what all the repugnants are talking about, take control of your own life? Take responsibility for your own actions? It's funny, when it's pointed out, some people (the hypocrites) don't like hearing it.

That's the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. Serve Obama? Are you telling me that he really is The Messiah?

Let's restate the proposition.

Would you be willing to volunteer a small portion of your time and skills to help make your country a better place for yourself and all of your fellow citiizens, or do you hate America and care nothing for anyone or anything except what the country can give to you?

Lets not Cuebald, KevK stated he would like to "serve" Obama, accountability remember. Let KevK's statement stand as it is, that is the first step to accountability.

Let's all sing, "KevK's gotta crush on Obama!" Dancing around in a tight T-shirt and shorts is optional.
