That information was given to me by the Director of the Registrar's office so either its within the school policy or they're bending the rules. I don't see the professor giving me the INC since I earned the grade I received, but I do see him not having a problem giving me the F if thats what I want. My question is really whether or not getting the F to retake the class is worth it. My friend doesn't think its worth doing to bring my GPA up. He says that my GPA won't matter as much as I think it will. If I have to keep the grade I have, I see myself graduating with a 3.2/3.3
