You know you need a life when you actually dream that a mod moved your Colorado Photo Thread from the Colorado forum to elsewhere.
Okay, so I didn't make it out of the house today and that is okay. But I swear to you, I literally woke up thinking they didn't think my thread fit in the Colorado forum.
Tomorrow or Monday I must go out and photograph a bit of my life in CO - even if that means a trip to King Soopers. Oh my, when you are a web designer and have been attached to the internet like I am, you have some really weird dreams. I dream a lot about Live Journal as well.
Me thinks I need a life!

Well, I guess COFlower got lost.
For every new page, I'll post another pic or two to keep this going. Come on people!
Thunderbirds and Pike's Peak (May 2007 I think - USAF Graduation...):

Excellent photos all!
BTW - still haven't made it out to get more. Going to try tomorrow before some of the colder air moves in. We shall see. Having a run with anxiety and that rarely is condusive to taking decent photos.
Anyone have any of their flowering plants in early bloom? Daffodils? Tulips? Cherry trees? I haven't had any of those since the early 90s so I can't remember when they really come into bloom around here.
Hope everyone is having a fine day!

Ha. Slacker.
We have stuff blooming year round, but then again, we have a greenhouse. I saw some stuff starting to come up, but haven't had a chance to try and take pics of them yet. So, for now, here's an Orchid that just bloomed 2 weeks ago...

Swampy, you seem to have an interesting backyard.
I'm gonna show off my 2 meg EnV cell phone pics! (don't think I could take pictures of stars with this thing, but I can call Johnny Sokko on it! )
The peaceful sunset of Southern Colorado
Camping trip near Grandby
Rafting trip years ago; took pic from wall with my EnV-sorry about quality
The best sunset I've been able to do so far (wish there was more blue)
Eerie pic of a fire on Graneros Creek last year
My Pueblo Res pic
My favorite Greenhorn Mountain pic
These are dups from other places, but I'd like to see how they line up here.
Hope the bandwidth hangs in there.

McGowdog - great shots!
That's the problem with free photo hosting. If you ever feel like you need more bandwidth for pretty cheap (buy a domain too) there are many inexpensive options like I have. A domain can be about the cost of a small coffeefor a year and hosting as little as a large latte per month.
Just a thought. :-)
