Wrong again.

Of the four bridges over the Chattahoochee here, 13th Street is the third busiest, according to the city's traffic count map. It has an average daily traffic of 23,290, much more than Dillingham Street's 4,710, but less than the Oglethorpe Bridge (32,150) and the J.R. Allen Parkway (40,680).

And 280 is still 10x worse than 80.

As stated previously most traffic is to local jobs and not much else.
Regardless South Commons has suffered tremendously from the JR Allen bypass for most out of town travelers as well as the area itself deemed unsafe by most.
A whole different ball of wax.

Yup.
Even city leaders have said the North Bypass has cut out a LOT of business locally as they do not travel down 185 to Victory and then onward to PC.
It really does not take a rocket scientist to figure that out.
Why do you think North Crossing is where it is?....lol.

Huh? The North Bypass is the reason why all of the major retail/restaurant developments are there. Those are local businesses that pay taxes and create jobs for the city. Victory Drive hasn't been an important retail/restaurant destination in over 50 years. Plenty of people travel down I-185 everyday, it's called Fort Benning. Macon Rd has had a resurgence with new retail and restaurants. What are you talking about!?! Your statement makes no sense at all. The North Bypass has been a blessing because it connects the entire north end together. That's like saying I-285 was a mistake. Atlanta's largest retail and office developments are all located along 285, not downtown.

You keep changing the subject in your discussions with various posters.
When you can focus on the subject get back to us.
You go from South Commons to the 13th street bridge to 285 in Atlanta.
