I wonder if this master plan is still in works with would look really nice.......More Condos looking over the river!

It would be nice but haven't heard anything in awhile. Looks like the focus now is getting the Marriott, Troy University building, new parking deck, and redevelopment of that shopping center complete before the end of the year. My fingers are still crossed for The Brickyard and Riverchase starting up this year for PC.

Curious to know what is The Brickyard and Riverchase? It might be explained somewhere in the 43 pages in this post but I don't have time to read through all of those.

The Brickyard and Riverchase are both hopeful developments for the Phenix City area. They're both in the "planning" stage and we all hope they'll move out of that soon - but so far, not looking that great. Stay tuned here. We'll keep you updated!

There's more developable land on that side of Macon rd than Cross Country Plaza - about time that it get redeveloped. Mix that in with the City land/Gov't buildings & Library - lots of potential.
