Does anyone have any updates on what's going on with the retail/restaurant development associated with Old Town? I know someone posted a while back regarding the first phase of apartment leasing to begin soon, but I haven't heard much about the other aspects of the development lately.

Columbus already have two firehouse subs. One in Cross Country Plaza the other at Columbus Park Crossing.

I thought Costco was a pipe dream until the conversation that I had with a person very knowledgeable about area real estate - nothing juicy like a date or timeline, but gave the impression that it was coming.
