Right... if I was the owner of Country's I would have shared parking spaces with the new development. Ofcourse they could sell the land in the future considering there will be a lot more foot traffic and that space will go up in value. They will still have the drive-thru.

I wish the entire section of Country’s would be developed. Much better use than a sub-par bbq place.

I believe over time it will close in around them. The parcel to the left will be retail as part of the WCB development, and they will feel the pressure. Regardless of the food - I like the historic building, though I think they need to clean it up a bit.

I completely agree! The Wells Fargo Parking lot is a complete waste of space and is too large for the size of the building.

As Columbus grows and downtown land becomes even more valuable, I expect buildings will get taller by necessity.
