15-20 new residential projects are either ongoing or in the works from the Brewery District through Downtown,Franklinton, the Arena District and up through the Short North. This may be the largest residential unit increase in the past 50 years for these areas and will bring in a large amount of new residents to the already growing population in these areas.

Thanks for the link.

Good stuff. I'm glad to see Fireproof Records building as one of the proposed locations.

A lot of empty nesters and such are moving back into cities for the amenities. The beauty of it is, once the people(cash flow) arrive, the retail outlets will follow the people.
