High Buttles Apartment Building to be Renovated | ColumbusUnderground.com

I have mentioned this project at least a year ago from an article on a collection of future Short North developments. Others included the approved Parkside on Pearl project and Aston Place, which is now completed outside of the under construction townhome element. The building that houses Two Fish will have its 40 current apartments renovated and enlarged, reducing the total number down to 35.

Also up for planned development is the surface lot directly to the south. No specific details have been announced, but a mixed-use office, retail and residential project is planned there. This would be the last major surface lot south of Buttles.

And finally, also mentioned in the related interview was that the building next to Union, the one with the Mexican restaurant, will either be demolished and redeveloped, or have added upper floors for residential constructed, but again, there is no time frame for that yet.

NRI to Redevelop Byers Chevrolet Site in Franklinton | ColumbusUnderground.com

NRI, the development arm of Nationwide, has purchased the former 8-acre Byers Chevrolet site in Franklinton. While there isn't anything official yet, NRI is currently in the process of coming up with a redevelopment plan. Given their stated reason for the purchase was the redevelopment of nearby Scioto Peninsula and the rapid revitalization of East Franklinton, expect to see some sort of mixed-use plan with residential and retail.

Bexley condo-retail project proposed for Cup o? Joe site on East Main Street - Columbus - Columbus Business First

A 4-story condo and retail project has been proposed in Bexley at the intersection of E. Main and Cassady. The project, however, will have just 3 condos occupying the entire upper 3 floors. The condos will be pretty massive, at between 4,800 and 5,800 square feet, so I would expect them to be very expensive.
