Hi everyone, I just joined the forum. Came across this site while I was searching for advice on whether to use a buyer's agent or try on my own (currently i'm looking on my own). I'm a single 28 year old single professional female, hit hard with taxes the past 2 years so I figure it's time to grow up a bit and stop renting I've been visiting the Arlington Crossing condominiums (new build across from Kingsdale Shopping Center on Tremont). Ideally I'd like a area with more potential for younger residents like myself but really like the fact that it's pretty much across the street from a panera, giant eagle, first watch, starbucks, caribou, the public library and a barnes and noble. My understanding is that there are plans to further develop the area around Kingsdale. I have visited similar style condo complexes in Bexley and Grandview which are sadly out of my price range. (The ones on Grandview Ave also turned out to be on Columbus Property and Columbus School District, which further ruled them out). My concern is with potential resell of a condo in this particular area given that it is a new build, phase one. I'm just looking for some general advice on quality of living and resell potential in UA. Any comments/thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!
