Started yesterday and thinking about hitting a new restaurant this week. Most of the restaurants are pretty good and for $29 for dinner, it's a decent deal for apps, entre and dessert!

Anyone else trying a new restaurant this week?

I hear lunch is a better deal if you can get into New Haven during those hours - a lot of the menus are similar to the dinner menus and it's only $16.38.

There are indeed lots of great places on the list and $29 is a steal at some of them (but not all). I'm thinking about calling around to see if there are still reservation times left for the weekend. It's great to have this type of event going on in the city.

I'm going to go a couple nights. Considering L'Orcio, Pacifico, Zinc and Heirloom as new places to try. Considering Caseus and Ibiza, because they're awesome.

I had Bentara for the first time it is very, very, good. Nice atmosphere, too.

Also, not sure if they're included in Restaurant Week, but it's now official that Prime 16 has the best tasting hamburger between NY and Boston. No ketchup needed, it's just the right amount of everything including the bun. The fries are delicious and a good beer selection.

Prime 16 does have the best burger in the area. Amazingly good.

I went to Zinc last night for restaurant week and it was extremely good. I highly recommend it.

New Haven is a fantastic city for foodies.

I went there on Friday. It was pretty good. I think I prefer Ibiza though (although it's pricier).
