Incredibly easy. So easy that I haven't been checking traffic and got stuck on 95 for 45 minutes while they were doing emergency construction in the rain and shut down a lane. Other than that, it's been very light traffic, if at all.

Yes, New Haven traffic has a worse reputation than it actually is. I've been doing the daily commute to/from Norwalk/Wilton since 1998 and only experience serious delays once every couple of weeks. By "serious," I mean adding 10-15 minutes to my usual 50 minute commute. Just get to know the local roads to get off of I-95 and around trouble when necessary. Reverse commutes rock!

I left this morning at 8:15AM and it was raining and I was delayed maybe 10 minutes tops. Traffic seems to start at the Orange/West Haven border.

The traffic issues into New Haven are typically from the east (Branford, Guilford, Madison). Still, it's not that bad. Certainly better than Hartford and Stamford/Norwalk/Bridgeport.

Speaking of Traffic... No accident, just congestion and it goes from Bridgeport to now Stamford.

Reminder to self: Head North in mornings when possible!
