I think we should accept some of the children. We could get it right. Children are a lot more resilient than adults think. And a lot smarter too. I don't see why we shouldn't accept them.

No. They are hampered by the fact that the Obama administration wants them here.

As Milton Friedman observed, you can either have a welfare state or you can have open borders.

You can't have both.

Yes, the crony capitalist Republicans are just as evil as the liberal Democrats. I agree.

The Obama administration doesn't bother to follow laws they don't care about.

People are quick to blame Obama for everything. Where were these people for Bush and all the money he depleted in the wars? It doesn't take much to realize that this Presidency is whack since there is such a great divide in Congress. Nothing gets worked on, nothing gets passed, and the country remains stagnant. That is, till some deadline pushes everyone, and even then.

Also, I didn't say my solution is to spread them across state, I said I'd rather have that than dumping them all in one place (Southbury). Here, discard what I said in my last two posts and take this: IF...they HAD to shove them to Connecticut, I'd rather have them spread out Connecticut then have them deposited in one town. Jeez. You people sure get riled up on some words, lol!
