The towns of Fairfield, Stratford, and Trumbull. It feels like a lot of the low-income residents are flooding into Stratford and Trumbull; I have a feeling Black Rock and Fairfield are next. Trumbull south of the Merritt is done. Stratford north of Bport is going downhill also. I think black rock and Fairfield are next. What do you think?

I think Black Rock is not a Bridgeport suburb. I think Stratford is east of Bridgeport, not north.

Black Rock is part of Bridgeport. Stratford is technically "northeast" of Bport. Happy now?

Do you even live in Connecticut? The Sikorsky Airport is owned by Bport but is in Stratford. I think a person living in Stratford will know that .

Stratford has always had spillover from Bridgeport and people still choose to buy homes there...some above $500,000. Not sure what you're talking about in Fairfield and Trumbull.

Trumbull south of the Merritt is so-so. Stratford is also not that good (some parts.) As for Fairfield, I thunk in the next decade Fairfield and Black Rock will be so-so. Same as New Haven. New Haven prices are going up and a lot of residents who are poor in New Haven are flooding the suburbs as Fair Haven is getting too dense.
