Saw that nice that's something happening there. To bad it will likely be a bit overbuilt for the area (it's pretty rural) but there are trade offs and that area really needs the work.

I grew up in Norwich, we lived by NFA which has a lot of gorgeous Victorian houses in the area. It is sad to see how bad some of the areas have become in that city.
