Beacon Falls: March 13, 2019

Would of been nice with snow on the hill. That's a south facing side. North facing sides of hills had snow.

Driving in this area I noticed something... Almost everyone had flags up.

Just a few more.. Was pretty interesting. Every area should be like this.

Be careful with the house photos man, take them discreetly... Someone called the cops on some "suspicious person" taking photos last year in NC... obviously shouldn't be any trouble but just a heads up in case some homeowners are cranky!

If I might make a humble request, if anyone takes a photo of the crocuses coming up, I would be most grateful if you'd post it and tell me the general location.

A comparison of my backyard Maple. 2012 remains an anomaly. This year is slightly ahead of last year which was very late.

I don't have 2013 & 2014

Forsythias looking awesome this year. Maybe the the soaking rains and then the dry period helped them "pop?"

I agree, I was saying the same thing, "They look more vibrant yellow this year". I'm guessing the rains and more so the sudden warmth. Maybe they like the early warmth vs end of April like last yr? dunno

Beautiful photos! Thanks for sharing. The trees have barely started flowering and then the rain and high winds Sun-Mon had to come along.
