What's funny to me is we have all these Americans driving a Prius, or taking their plastics out to the curb and then they pat themselves on the back thinking they are saving the planet.......BEEN TO CHINA LATELY?

Humans have to eat! And the world economy, like it or not, is driven by natural resources. People need to consume to eat, have shelter and survive on this planet. Until science and economics catch up, we are going to burn and consume stuff. Period.

Now back to China......You can attack, ***** and moan all you want to your fellow American. But as a whole, compared to most places on this earth, we are fairly green here. Yes, we use a lot of durable goods, but our emissions compared to other places is nil. China is covered by a haze of 24/7 fog and it's smog so thick you can't see through it. Their water is all contaminated. And what they do and the other countries around the world do affects us here. So until you figure out a way to stop all the other nations from polluting you efforts here are really useless. Those people are in survival mode and they are going to burn anything and everything they need to, to eat.

Climate change. Oh wait, it was global warming until everyone was freezing last winter...is nothing more than BS.

Just look back when the eco-nazis were screaming about the BP oil spill in the Gulf...how it was going to be a disaster. And what happened? The Gulf microbes ate up the oil...no disaster.

We have to stop listening to so called scientists.....all they are looking for is more government funding so they can keep their jobs
This is ignorant, and I do not mean that as an insult.

Only FOX was talking about everyone "freezing" last winter. The cold winter was predicted by the Farmer's Almanac and a single occurrence, especially one that FIT into the statistical model, does not disprove the model.

The sea level has risen before. If you had examined the evidence you would know that scientists have been well aware the sea levels rose before, and went it happened. They know what caused massive xenocides in the past.

The BP oil spill wasn't a disaster? I'm guessing you don't work on that coast line.

What we need is dramatically more scientists. What we need is more people using the scientific method. The church has railed against it for centuries because the nature of science, finding answers, undermined their objective of having control over individual lives.

Climate change is happening, it is obvious it would happen. The only reason people argue against climate change and not gravity is that natural selection was much quicker about removing people who could not grasp gravity.

The good news for the flat earthers in Florida is that when the water does rise, it will just spill over the edge.

Problem solved, eh?

Don't mistake local weather for global climate. This winter was, globally, the 8th warmest on record. Nationally it was the 34th coolest out of 119; cold but not record-cold.

It's funny, because there's more scientific doubt about gravity than climate change.

Why would anyone living on drained swampland deny that it was a environmental crime to do so?

By decreasing freedom, liberty, and compelling domestic industries to be non-competitive with internationals, wealth will flow out of our country and end up wherever there is the most corruption and tyranny. Corruption and tyranny are how the Third World operates, so that's where the wealth will end up.

So you are pointing that out because you think it's wrong? Me too. The government should not be allowed to print money. We agree.

But that has nothing to do with the fact that the Climate Change Armageddonists have an agenda, and it is fueled by the same common powerlust we see in all other anti-freedom anti-Capitalist "Progressive" movements.

Climate Change is a business, nothing more. A business that produces nothing and seeks to generate wealth for itself primarily by political means, since it is too inefficient and unprofitable to do it in the free market.

Climate change has nothing to do with science. It is faith based. But unlike religion, it does not seek to help people. It seeks to limit freedom, expropriate wealth, destroy the enemy (Capitalism), and destroy the other enemy that generates Capitalism (Freedom).

I thought Cap and Trade was a vehicle for government corruption, so wouldn't implementing it attract wealth to the US?
