Maybe people need to shut up and stop complaining. It's always black people that complain then for whatever reason white liberals who no nothing about their situation jump on the bandwagon because it's an excuse to complain about the government.

Couldent have said it better

This may have started as a protest against what many inner city residents perceive to be police brutality but it has evolved into a class warfare pawn for the far left "progressives" to further their anti-capitalist agenda. Notice the presence of White college students? That's the tell tale sign that the neo-marxists have hijacked the movement to further their agenda.

Good points, they are all factors.

There is also a certain weariness from the public, where most people realize that there need to be some reforms but at the same time recognize the job can be difficult and dangerous and some of the attempts to martyr these guys are dubious at best. (Like the poor kid shot in St. Louis after Brown....his family claimed he only had a sandwich. Then we find out he's a gang banger on ankle monitor for gun offense and that he'd had a gun on him....which they then claimed was planted....and then wait...there are social media pics of him holding the gun and flashing gang signs with his crew.)

Sorry, but people keep trying to turn "Shug Knight" into "Rosa Parks"......and it's not working for mainstream america.

They have no credibility to lose. Their selective rage has undermined their credibility from the start and has alienated MILLIONS of people that have historically been sympathetic and supportive.

The change in tone in the business place, the club, the airport, the mall, EVERYWHERE is stark, and in a very very very negative context, based on these lawless protest and the "burn this ***** down" mentality.

The talking heads, activists and politicians are not that bright. They are completely unawares of the catastrophic damage done to race relations by these ill thought out protests and now, subsequent, murders of the police.

When the light dawns, what a shock! There is clearly no joy in Mudville on this one!

Blanket statements, blanket statements everywhere!

Ahh yes, the people should change, it's totally their fault that they're being stopped & frisked, ticketed and arrested to the point where a judge no longer accepted cases

It's totally the people's fault that a federal judge deemed Stop & Frisk unconstitutional, how dare we bring up reforming the police?

Those bad Black people and White liberals need to shut their mouth and accept the fact that the police are always right 100% of the time!

"no nothing" It's know nothing btw...

The police in this neck of the woods been told to be wary and aware of their surroundings at all times. They have to consider themselves at risk no matter who approaches them, doesn't matter the race, ethnicity, age or gender of the person. This includes the officers of any race, or ethnicity.

And I really think that most police officers realize that the vast majority of people, including people of color, mean them no harm, and in fact appreciate what they do to keep the peace.

And his point went over your head. So a judge ruled "stop & frisk" unconstitutional and yet is perfectly fine at airports by people with barely any law enforcement training at all?
