Gees, I could fly over a school, drop a bomb and yell "Viva La France". Does that mean all French people or the country of France is culpable?

One event? No. But if it becomes a movement spread over many countries and with millions of adherents, then it becomes part of that religion. Religions are living things, they are not just conceptual ideals.

Religions are NOT something immaculate that are only good. They are human-created and they are human-directed. They are not genetic, they are a choice of actions and beliefs. This is a part of contemporary Islam, as much as arguments of simplistic moral equivalencies attempt to deny that.

The killing of millions in the name of Christianity was part of Christianity for centuries. Christianity doesn't get a get out of jail card - that was part of it. This is part of Islam today.

Doesn't it mean all people are culpable? No. Is it part of Islam today? - yes. Denial notwithstanding.

Religions don't get a special break (perhaps for taxes they might). If your religion impinges on basic human rights of another, that's where your religion loses its special privilege.

Ok, where and when did MILLIONS get killed in the name of Christianity? If you are referencing the Crusades and the Inquision, the numbers are a few thousand.

Some evil people are just that.... Evil.

Adolph Hitler would be the classic example.
I think Hitler, Stalin, Sadam, Mao, Pol Pot and the others may have had Severe PTSD. They were raised by abusive parents, relatives or went through war. Most of the leaders of the world that were responsible for the most deaths were like this

As a matter of fact, most of the refugee's that we let into this country from war torn places like Somalia have Severe PTSD and we don't even take it into consideration when we let them in to our country. Just a bad idea

Way down the list. One to Three million over the Crusades.

Hello everyone, i am very surprised to see this subject and very happy to see news are spread in real time now thanks to the web.
From a french point of view who is right now in France , i want to tell you french cops are (compared to others cops in other countries) very very nice. I mean if you are at court or in jail, thats not by error ! So these people who in the name of "whatever" are ready to exterminate , to take off life of others are simply Bad.
No comments needed, no explanations to search for anything. These people dont like "happy people" ; all of them, women and men are raised with "frustrations" . What can you expect from frustrated people ? Only badness...

Please dont look to far with their poor backgrounds or poor religion ; each human beeings has got its own consciousness to decide what to do or not ; just try to do the same with their families or relatives and you will see if they search for your poor backgrounds or psychiatric backgrounds.
Thank you
