What we do know, and has been undisputed, is that TM had a head start on GZ. It was about 90 seconds from where GZ was parked and lost sight of TM, to TM's home. GZ was still speaking to 911 for a few more minutes. Plenty of time for TM to make it home, completely out of sight.

Since I was responding to insult, no argument was necessary. You didn't have one.

You stated the case didn't need/deserve to go to trial. What brought you to that conclusion?

Lack of evidence that this was nothing more than self defense. The prosecutors were highly pressured to bring charges and even though they relented to the pressure, ultimately justice prevailed.

What??

You mean Zimmerman was on his phone talking to his girlfriend and Trayvoon was stalking him?

That's a first.

How could you know there was a lack of evidence if there was no trial?

Hi George!

I look forward to State v. Zimmerman 2.0 and it shouldn't be long in coming now that the Thug of Seminole County is free and clear of federal charges. Hopefully the victim in the next case is Bobby or Gladys or Uncle Jorge or any of the cast of clowns from the killer's inner circle of hell. May they all reap what they sow. The only thing more fun than watching this boil on the buns of humanity fester in the defendant's chair would be the sights and sounds of his "loved ones" cannibalizing one another on the stand. Bring it on, Tugboat! We'll be here....

The prosecutors were pressured by the media and political powers to send this to trial. The trial showed there was lack of evidence and should have never gone to trial. This was just a farce to satisfy the masses into thinking a white guy(wrong) was stalking a black innocent child(wrong) and this is why the prosecutors were forced to try a case they could not win.

As much as it pains me to say this, the DOJ made the right decision.
I do Believe that GZ should be charged for something, if not for being a Negligent and very Stupid hang gun owner.
Like O.J. I'll just wait around till he does something really stupid(again) and gets put away for good!
